20 Year Limited Warranty
- 1 Year Complete Warranty: All Parts and Labor are covered for a time period of three full years from the time of purchase.
- Years 2-3: 100% of defective parts (motor, frame, mechanical parts, etc) costs will be covered. Defective parts must be returned to the manufacturer to verify problems.
- Remaining 17 years: The adjustable parts are covered at a prorated rate. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation and labor expenses (if applicable)

Warranties are important to me when things are inexpensive. This is definitely one of the lesser expensive electrical beds out there. The warranty is good though and I feel comfortable with it.
I wish this bed came with a massager... Other than that I have no compliants. Good bed at a good price.
Nothing special here, except the price. $799 is about as much as Id want to pay for this bed. It's a good deal tho cause you're getting a bed that moves good.
This bed fell within my budget so I chose it over more expensive ones. It runs smooth and is quiet so thats good. I'm pretty happy but I'm sure beds with massage features and oteher cool stuff are better.
